మా బిల్డింగ్ కు ఒక ఒరిస్సా మనిషి కొత్త సెక్యూరిటిగా రెండు నెలల క్రితం ఉద్యోగంలో చేరాడు. అతను నెమ్మదస్తుడు. కనిపించిన ప్రతిసారీ చెయ్యి ఊపి తన అభినందనలు తెలిపేవాడు ఉత్సాహంగా. ఆ విధంగా పరిచయం పెంచుకున్నాడు. ఒకసారి మాటల్లో తాను ఇంగ్లీష్ భాష రాయడం చదవడం కనుక  చేయగలిగితే నేను సెక్యూరిటీ ఆఫీసర్ అవుతాను అని చెప్పాడు. వెంటనే నేను ఆ రోజు జనాలకు రాసిన ఇంగ్లీష్ మెసేజ్ ఒకటి చూపించి చదవమని నా ఫోను ఇచ్చాను. అతను తప్పులు తప్పులు గా చదివాడు. దాని తరువాత అతని పరిస్థితి అర్థం అయ్యింది. నేను అతనికి హిందీ వర్ణమాల వచ్చా అని అడిగాను. అతను నాకు ఒరిస్సా భాష మాత్రమే వస్తుంది అని చెప్పాడు. అతనికి హిందీ భాషలో మాట్లాడటం తెలుసు. అందులోనే మేము మాట్లాడుకుంటాం.ఇక నేను అతనిని అడిగాను. మరి నీకు ఆంగ్లం ఆల్ఫాబెట్స్ వచ్చు కదా అని నిర్థారించు కున్నాను. నేను ఈ విధంగా అన్నాను నీకు ఆంగ్లం ఆల్ఫాబెట్స్ వచ్చు అంటే మొదటి సమస్య తీరిపోయింది. రెండవది ఏమిటంటే, ఆంగ్ల పదాలు గుణించుకుని చదవడం. ఇది నా అంచనా ప్రకారం మీకు సరిగ్గా రాదు. అది ముందుగా నేర్చుకోవాలి. దాని తరువాత చదివిన ఆంగ్ల పదాలకి అర్ధాలు తెలియడం. ఈ రెండు ప్రక్రియలు నిరంతరం ...

In this blog,  I will try to explain how one can read Telugu script if Hindi language is known to him and vice versa. Hindi language writing system:  This script is written from left to right in a linear way. Therefore, in my opinion, if someone knows the alphabet and consonant vowel groupings and the conjunct letters, it is so easy to read this script.  Note: All consonants have the default vowel अ is combined so that it is very easy to pronounce them. In consonant vowel groups this अ vowel must be removed before another vowel is added. Thisअ vowel removed form of the consonant will have a mark beneath it ( ्). It is called halant ( हलन्त ). For example, क् च् and ठ् so on. These kinds of consonants without vowel sounds is pronounced half their original sound.
